What are some sizes of Polypterus?

I have about a 6" Ornate and was wondering what a good Bichir tankmate would be... I need something that won't get eaten in the long run! How big will an albino get? How big does each kind get 2?

not sure if albino would be a great tankmate. they only get 10 in.
