Finally got some time to snap a couple shots...even though they aren't the greatest of pictures.
The first one is the my first dat from 02/18 and the rest were taken today. I don't remember which one he is anymore. I have noticed more growth since I moved them into my 150.

I hired some personal trainers for my dats. Here is a pic of the one of the trainers I am using....
The first pic was taken on Friday June 8th, 2007. I bought 6 indo tigers and they were all less than an inch from LFS.
Starting from second pic till the end, the pictures were taken on Sunday JUne 10th, 2007.
They are currently housed in a 35 gallon tank. Their main diet is Hikary BloodWorms (the more expensive version: the cheaper one were a dollar less per pack). I am planning to add some frozen hikari brine shrimp next week.
Has anyone heard of the brand Frost Bite? Any feedbacks from those.

Never heard of Frost Bite....I have been mainly using the Hikari bloodworms and also the frozen brine shrimp on my dats. Now that they are starting to get bigger they are getting frozen market shrimp that I break up. The larger ones seem to really like the market shrimp.

I have a question, I see that some of these dats have non solid black stripes, like it's faded, is that normal or is it permanent?

When dats are stressed their color gets a washed-out look to it. Once they acclimate to and become comfortable with their environment they will most likely start showing their normal coloration again.

I have a couple that haven't stabilized, yet. For the most part mine have the solid stripes, but it seems to stress them out when I turn my lights on and kind of washes them out. I haven't used my light in their tank for a couple of months now.

Sounds about like the growth on mine. It is a lot easier to feed them now that they are able to eat the full size frozen krill.

I got this little guy back in January of this year. He was a little less than an inch and cost me $10.99. I purchased about 50 of them and this is one of the bigger ones.
Man...I thought I was doing good. 5" of growth in 9 months? Plus the fact that you have 50 of them.

Here is the only one I kept out of the 20 or so I initially purchased..99% stable, tall body and symmetrical! Now if I can only get some good pics of him!
Awesome Jason, that's a nice fish!
Dropped in Some Carnivore pellets for the other fish, and some of my dats scooped them up. Glad to see they're starting early, it will make life easier.

That guy has some great color. He better watch out, stealing food from the other dat like that...nice pic. :)

I wish my dats would starting eating pellets. My guys are really dumb. I moved them into the 220 and they couldn't figure out where the food was coming from. So, had to get them back in the 150 so they would start eating again.

I was thinking of getting some CLs to go with my Dats, lol. When I first got my original Dats, I had some CLs. Then all the CLs died off.:( I guess maybe the Dats had something that they were immune to, but not the Loaches. It was an awesome looking combo too.
