bumblebee cats

i have had one for a year now and it is still not very big. Are they slow growers?

If it is what I know as a bumble bee cat Microglanis then they only get around 5" max and it will take a couple of years.

yea they take a very long time to grow almost as slow as a clown loach.

which kidn of bumblebee is it? the most avialable is the medium oen that gets about 5in , the biggest type that i find get 8-10in

there are a few different species of bumble bee catfishes out there, most attain small adult sizes and are indeed slow growers.
