How bad are bristle worms? What do you want to look for when you have them and when do you want to remove them from your setup?

Nice one i have a few in my fowlr 75 gal.
They are good cleanup crew i was told but a good way to catch them is to put food in a piece of pantyhose and put in at lights out. They will stick to it.
