5 gallon glass carboy- Paladarium or Terrarium?

Well, it's SORT OF a planted tank/aquascape kind thing.

I just got two 5 gallon glass carboys ---you know, the giant water jugs.

NOT going to be aquariums. I have enough of those .

I need ideas on set up (anyone done this and done it right?) and occupants (both plants and possible animals in something that small)

I have no idea where to start...I havent had a terrarium in 30 years.

Paladarium?
Terrarium?
Equipment?

Help???
