in new york i have found a few my friend has one and it is a really ugly fish but he liles it.

That's funny, I've seen a few distributors who carry Piranhas through Mass where they're illegal and they just call them SPECIAL PACU.


I'll keep my eyes open for any Rhom.

there illigal here in NY but the lfs's get them anyway, maybe they get them NJ.

Neo thanks...btw, how do you like your 15 inch wolf fish? I can't keep mine alive...keep jumping out of the tank. And when they were alive they ate all the tail fins of my fish! And the sucker was only 5 inches.

i have had it for a long time and it is a very anoying fish he doesnt mess w/ the gars though and he has broken alot of heaters but i like it anyway. he was 4.99 when i got him a cheap monster.

I would have thought that you would have no problems getting a BIG rhom. Over here in the UK you rarely see them and the cost is astronomical. I just picked up a 10 1/2" diamond, my favorite varient for £215.
