Definitely not in California.
i have a 10in and 12in chain pickerel in my pond (for free if zach doesnt want um)
I think that pikeral and pike are currently illegal in Cal.

although with shipping prices, theyll run you at least a hundred bucks
once i get some descent stock il becomne a community sponsor , i ahve enough styros and shipping bags , small fish to VERY large fish (everything from 7in pumkinseeds to 20 in chain pickerel , shippign via usps priorty (no quartantee but very cheap)
