Yes if kept in a large enough tank and they arent too small to be eaten. Its usually the Oscars who are more aggressive.

As long as the Oscar doesn't take offense, the Bala Sharks would be fine.

i would try and get the bala's to be bigger then your oscar you are planing to pair it with. this will reduce a lot of the aggresion. good luck, and let us know how it goes!!

i have 3 bala sharks, 4"-6" and a JD that's 6" and they get along :D Bala sharks are FFFFAAASSSTTt and they only swim together, GL!!

yea i got 2 bala sharks 5inches n 3.5inches in wit 2 9inch oscars n nothin has happened

I dont like seeing balas in anything smaller then a 125 due to their skittish nature. The fast movements of the pictus could freak the balas out, unless you got a decent size school of em 5+
