Has anyone had any luck with these? I got one because they look good and I want to see if it will live before I get a more expensive bubble tip for my clowns. Any advise would be great.

Are you talking about the cheaper ones. They have pink feet? If so then they live only a few years are most clowns will not host with them. They are from Florida I think and do well in a proper lighted tank.

Yes it is the cheap one but as I stated I want to make sure I can keep it alive under the power compacts before I spend more money on the bubble tip for the clowns. Does anyone know if it is normal for them to wedge themselves into the rocks and not move around?

they also get sold as hatian pink tips they are among the easiest to care for just make sure that you have good enough light for them and that the water quality is high I have always hand fed my anemones krill, mysis and brine they take it easily just make sure that you dont actually put the food in their mouth I put it on the edge of the disc and let them eat it themselves plus make sure not to give them to big of a piece of krill

They are some of the more aggressive anemones. I had one until it destroyed some of my xenias. I don't think mine was very comfortable. He moved around alot, which was trouble for my other corals.

As long as he stretched out and opens up in the light its a good thing. The only reason they move is because either they need more food, more or less light, or more or less current.
Hopefully it has found a spot its happy in.
