Any idea how to get rid of snails in a tank of Endler's Livebearers? Normally I would use a loach, but because of the small size of the EL fry I don't think that would be a good idea. I have the olive shaped live-bearing snails, they leave most plants alone but are eating my Echinodorus 'Red Rubin' and have nearly skeletonized it. I guess the simple solution would be to move the swordplants? Maybe copper?

If you have those small snails, that are considered pests, like ramshorns, then there are a number of ways you could go:
-Put in some raw meat, and trap them while they are on it eating it.
-getting a loach or something to eat it (but you didn't want to, that's okay)
That's what I know, but to tell you the truth, it's pretty much impossible getting rid of a colony of those.
I had a colony once, but I didn't mind since they eat algae and some fish waste.
