so walked into room and seen red devil upside down so did a 70% water change cleaned up a bit and changed out media in filter ph and all are all ok we are now into 24 hours and still is swimming all messed up some seems to be wrong and dont know what
 
From experiance I know alot of fish when oxygen/temp drops to low or they get close to death for another reason i.e. beaten to a pulp they suffer some sort of brain damage. sorta like they're sorta just vegatables and will often die later, or in your case they don't know which way is up.

I have to say it doesn't sound good. But I'm hoping for you.
 
run some carbon in your filter it sounds like poisoning! also do a big(50%) water change at the same time good luck:)
 
i forgot too mention it's probably nothing you've done but could be anything like air freshener or fly spray if i'm right (and i hope i'm not and all back too normal)
 
something is probably wrong with the internal swimming bladder! it can happen to some fish! sometimes people have surgery done on their fish to correct things that are wrong with there swimming bladders! but it is usually done for very expensive fish! like top of the line koi!
