Long Fin Bichir?

Hey guys,
I was in my LFS today and they got in a long finned bichir. It looked pretty sweet. Never seen one before though. Are they pretty rare? I was thinking of picking it up. It was about 5-6 inches long, pretty active and stuff. I think they wanted $35 for it. What do you guys think?

i think that's a fairprice if your located in a place where they're rare. i almost bought two of those yesterday! they were being sold at about 24 USD (but in Php of course) I got a nother endli instead.

Yeah I think its a senegal. Regular tan color, just longer fins. I might just pick it up!
