ive had them in a few time's there a great box fish. Post a pic of the one your talking about because cow fish is prity wide spread in the fish trade.

I saw it at a LFS all it said was cow fish. It looked like a puffer but like a box and it was small probly 1cm across

k there a good fish but can be picky eater's. Also as well and almost all box fish if he die's in your tank he will release a posion in your system and will kill off what you have in there. My advice just stay away from box fish and enjoy them when you see them not in your system

they get huge!
just imagine a 1 square foot fish swimming in your tank
with the capabilities to kill everything!
you can keep them with non aggressive fish though.
they release a toxin when stressed!

That's some good advice. I had an Atlantic cow for a long time. He was a very friendly fish, but could take off fins every now and then of his exhibit mates. The toxin they have will really mess up a tank.
