I purchased a clown knife acouple days ago, the lighting in my LFS wasn't that great so i bought the most healthy looking CK they had. thought it was a regular CK, but when I got home an put it in my tank, i freaked out, under the lighting in my tank, it was green!!! not only that, it doesn't eat anything but pellets!!! anyone know anything about green clown knifes? so much for all the blood worms i bought for him, heh.

I think the color is probably due to lighting. If you get the lighting right, they will show a green tinit to them. I've always been able to train my clown knife to eat pellets. It's not that hard.

Pictures would definately be nice, just to see if it's really green.

man, totally forgot about this post...well, as for my green CK, turned out he was just a regular CK...when i first got him at 3in. he had a greenish tint to him, but now at 8in. he's grey and black, still eating the pellets though.
