ATTN all SGP Members qualified for the RTG Lucky Draw!

Once again, my heartflet thanks to all the Singaporean members for the support they gave to the RTG Lucky Draw (raffle). Finally the real deal draw is coming and here are the details and what you should do.

RTG Lucky Draw Details:

Draw Date: 8th Oct 2005

Venue: Imperial Palace (41,Tai Thong Crescent Tel: 62888382)

Time: 3pm sharp

This is what you need to do:

1) PMs would be sent out to all qualified members/staffs. You need to reply the PM stating your real name and IC no.

2) Please bring along your IC on the actual draw date. This is crucial for aunthentification to prevent people claiming that they are the qualified member whereby they are not. Any Member that did not bring any documents on that day to proof that he is the qualified member would not be allowed into the draw.

3) Please be punctual at 3pm on the draw day. We need to kick off the draw punctually. We will only allow the maximum of 15mins delay just to cater for some members due to unforseen circumstances.

4) We hope that ALL qualified members can be present to witness and participate in the actually draw date. It is crucial that the winner of the RTG can be on present and collect the Arowana on the spot at IP after the win. We need this as this has to be documented to proof that the draw is carried out proper. We need your best support in attending this draw in person.

Lastly, may the best man win and lets get it on!!

Aiyah...very easy. When you reached Potong Pasir. Just look for the big 24hr kopitiam and you'll find IP liao next to it just one small street away:p

Also, I would like to stress on something and I hope to have the understanding of some brudders that qualified for the draw but cannot attend the draw event on the 8th Oct.

We cannot have your name in the draw bin if you cannot attend to the draw in person. Reasons are as:

1) We have to be fair for those brudders that make the effort to go down to IP to be at the draw in person.

2) We need the RTG to be collected in person after the draw immediately. As I need to take pictures and document them down as proof of a winner and prize collected.

3) If we still allow names of brudders that are not present in IP for thr draw to be in the draw bin, it is hard to document the proof of winning (if the name picked is of a brudder not present) even if the RTG is collected at a later date or time. As there are no participants witness to the collection/sending of the RTG.

I am sorry that I have to lay down this stipulations as we are confined to ruling constraint.

Hope all brudders can understand.
