just got 4 dats and 1 L-200 phantom pleco from Rich ... extremely happy with the health and quality of the fish ... the fish were very alert in the shipping bag even when they had the longest trip going from west to east coast ... the box was well packaged so much that the heat pack was still very hot .. each fish was in their own bag and the water was properly treated ...

glad i bought from rich and will definitely buy again :headbang2 ... highly recommended ... thanks a bunch :D

Bought some NGT, Indo's and Bichirs from Richard. THe communication from the get-go was great. The airline actually screwed up the flight and sent my fish to another state. I finally got them 6 hours later...Richard was in communications with me and the airline throughout! THe fish arrived perfect!! great packaging, QUALITY fish and superb Prices! will DEFINITELY buy again...thanks Rich!

Purchase a couple of fishes from Rich...couple of 8" loaches and an endli that didn't quite work out in my tank but still an awsome fish unfortunately I could not keep that monster endli...

All the fishes were in perfect health would definatley do business with again. Great guy and best prices bar none.

Another 5 star rating for Rich!!!

I ordered 20 6" clown loaches and every one arrived alive not 1 DOA. Considering that he had to ship to Hawaii. Great prices, and an even a better guy to deal with.
He also helped me out with shipping a large widebar that I had purchased fro xcuter.

Keep up the great work Rich!!! Can't wait until the wife lets me order more...:ROFL:

forgot to add some feedback on the fish. Well the fish is AWESOME never seen a fish go through the bagging shipping process and come out a beast. I fed him tonight(the first day i got him). Rich also double bags the fish professionally so don't fear of shipping accidents.

Definitely will make the long drive again :)

I got my fish after a 3 day ordeal. The fish ended up taking 2 days instead of overnight (Damn USPS) and then the guy tried to deliver the fish in the 15 minutes it took for my roommate to take a shower around 12. I went to the post office as soon as I got home around 1 and the carrier hadn't got back yet. I went back at 4:30 to see if he was back when I was informed that the express guys don't get back til after the close at 5. Go fig. I had to go back this morning to stand in line for the third time. The lady who is helping me is rude as hell until she realized what the package contained and what it had been through. I was dreading opening the package, but was relieved to find the fish alive in the box. anyway, got the fish home, acclimated, and eating within 2 hours of getting home. My hats off to rich and his pro packing job. He even called to make sure everything went ok. If there is ever anything I can do for ya rich, just give me a shout.

Another successful delivery.

Another USPS mishap and another Rich's professionalism in packaging and courtesy got my fish in the tank safely...

USPS guaranteed overnight by 12 PM. The box didn't arrive until almost 2 1/2 days after it was intended to arrive.

One of the bag had leaked a little, but thank goodness to Rich's packaging and triple bagging and adding the huge bag around the box, everyone of the 6 dats, poly and L25 made it here alive...

Just got 3 gulpers from Richard... Have to say they are monster of a fish. When I open the case... My wife was like are we going to eat catfish tonight? :screwy: lol

Have to say, my first order with Richard didn't go smooth at all.. USPS took 5 days to deliver an express package but Richard followed up and make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Another week of sucessful fish from Rich. This time 4 gulper cats and 3 L239, 2 L-200 2 vampire and 1 L128. The packing was excellent again. Quality and size were better then you can imagine.
