Now to my problem,on Monday the black lion started developing a cloudy eye.I did a 50% water change and added epsom salt. The next day his eye looked 50% better, but I still did a 25% wc and added epsom salt.Yesterday both his eyes were completely white, did another 25% wc.This morning I found him dead. Just did another 50% wc and added some sera products.I know this is a very small setup for them but I have a external canister filter and an internal filter running. Also This weekend Im going to look at a 410gal tank to buy.
Also this morning I found my midnight angel lying on the bottom gasping and a few hours later he was also dead. :rip
This afternoon I was planning on selling the trigger because he is aggresive and I wont be able to keep him in a small setup. As I was talking I placed a finger against the glass and like usual he tried to attack it.About 6hours later I found him dead underneath the filter with no obvious signs of illness.

All of the fish have been eating well, this is what I feed them : Hake fillet, octopus, squid, mussels, crab, bloodworms, lance fish, shrimp and prawns. The trigger and the FO setup only get fed every second or 3rd day.Does anybody have any idea what is going and what can I do to prevent any more deaths?
P.S the red dot on the betta is just a reflection

why do you have air bubbles in your reef system?

try feeding healthier foods such as pellets or flakes instead also. all the stuff your feeding is pretty much mcdonalds for fish. also dont add epsom salt. that is fresh water stuff. try to not add any medication period. get some kent garlic extreme or get garlic cloves and put them into the prepared food. this way you will build up their immune system. also keep an eye out on your filters... they can be nitrate machines when the poop builds up. look into protein skimmers... a good one will make a big difference. also how are you acclimating your fish into your system? how often do you do water changes before they got sick? finally... how many fish do you buy at one time because each fish you throw in will throw a small ammonia spike and putting a lot of fish into one system can a large ammonia spike.

your trigger to me sounded like he got ammonia burn.

midnight angel probably had his death coming to him. a lot of things that you can not avoid is getting fish that are caught using syonide (dont know how to spell that). most LFS can not avoid this either unless they know the people that are diving for these fish.

i just recently got into salt water and it was a pain and a lot of research. good luck
