BIGg... he's not swimming in the open a lot. He does come out at nights when I turn of the tank lights and keep the room lights on. Otherwise he hides.

Wurm...I've been trying some shrimp. He darted for some today but still not eating regularly. I'm about to try some guppies or live food to see if he'll take that.
Did yours eventually die from not eating?

I got a fuzzy fwarf eating after a few weeks im sure a zebra would be similar.
Unfortunately you may need live food to start with SW shrimps are the best thing as guppies are pretty rubbish nutrition wise. Every few days try dead shrimp/prawn or whitebait ect. After a few weeks it will start recognizing whatever you drop in as food. It just takes awhile. I have easy access to small shrimp for free at the beach 2 mins away so was easy for me but way be abit harder for you if you cant get live shrimp.

Alright......So i decided to try just a few guppies, even though they are not the healthiest, because I know they will live in the salt water long enough for the lion to show interest. And I had success. He ate a few of them!!!! Which was really cool to watch by the way.
Anyway now that I've gotten him to eat i'm going to focus on a little more healthy foods and try to get him over to non live!!!!
Just thought I'd share. I was relieved when he ate cause it had been 9 days since I got him and he hadn't eated yet.

Nice looking little guy. If I ever start a Saltwater Tank, I would want either a Lionfish or Clown Fish.
