Well I'm not sure If these guys are MFK worthy, but does anybody keep Kissing Gouramis. My wife brought 5 of these home yesterday, she got them off of craigslist for free. They range in size from 5-8". I'll post pics later.

Sure are monsters! They aren't quite done yet either
I put one in my bass tank for a feeder, it lives after a month. I don't like them, but that guy is a survivor!

I always see them around 2-3"! How fast do they grow?

I think if the word "kissing" is in the fishes common name, that might automatically make it unmonster:)

I LOVE THEM!!!!
I had a 8" specimen before that I liked quite abit. They have a mouth similar to a flagtail and will help clean a tank.

The "KISSING" is actually how males spar off so the MONSTER tag is back on again :) They are great fish, hugely underated. They are amazing to watch spawn and have floating eggs if you want to harvest.
Yours look very happy and healthy!!

They are kinda interesting fish, I just don't really know if I want 5 of these guys once they hit 12". Also I need to find out how they are with live plants.

How big do they get,how many could go in a 125 and what tank mates.Thank you.Is there any pics anywhere of these full grown,.;'[-Oh wait,this one??????
I can tell you I have two of them aroundthe 2inch mark in with my silver arow and have yet to have an issue. (The arow is around the 9inch mark) I also have a opaque blue gourami around the 3.5-4inch mark as well.

please how many big ones in 125,based on some tanks ive seen,im thinkin a good amount but I dont want overstock problems.
