New pick ups

Today i picked up 3 3-4" Red Hook metynnis today and at £15 for the three i thinks it's a bargain they aren't that common over here in the UK. I'll try and get some pictures up later. They are going to be dithers for my True parrots and port acara. Now i've got 7 red hooks the biggest is about 8".

You should use the macro setting when you take a picture of something that close. It will bring it into focus. Looks good.

i love them red hooks! i have 8 common sd's and 1 spotted sd, but im going to get a couple red hooks as well as soon as i come up with a spare 20$ a piece in my area:(

redhooks are very hardy once they are big.

about 6-6.5 inches: they in a 65 now, but lived pretty much their whole lives in my 90. I had to move them down to make room for some giant 18 inch barbs that are now living in the 90.
