i have a blood parrot i just bought just about to lay eggs and a texas about 3 inches any chand of it fertilizeing my eggs and this should be the begining of my red texas right
my situation please help

Females can breed just fine.....It's the Texas that would be the key. Post pics 3" is not enough info to guage weather or not a fish is mature. I would say the texas is if 3" means inside 6 months.....not gonna happen but when he is a lil older......
