Hi All,
I have had a pair of Green Severums for about three years and they were about 4yrs old when I got them.
On Sunday morning my female severum was in the corner facing the top of the tank, her breathing was labored, by Sunday evening she had died.
There was nothing noticeable wrong with her and she was fine up until then.
All my other fish (4 other Severums,5 clown loaches,catfish,2 rainbow fish) are all fine.
I was wondering what to expect from her mate.....he has been eating fine and his behavior seems regular, should I look for a new mate for him or leave him be? They had been paired for 6 years.
This has been the worst loss for me, they were my first pair of Cichlids
