I'm planning on getting a 90 gal tank soon, and just cant decide what to put in it. I have lots of lava rock that has been in a big trickle tower from my pond that could go in the tank. I dont really love the look of live rock. Based on this, which way should I go-frontosa or saltwater, fish only?

I used to have a breeding colony of Moba's and I have to tell you they are amazing fish. However, if you could go salt, then definatley go that way. You can keep fish with a lot more colors and personality. I love them all, though. :D

i agree, if you are brave enough to go salt, do it but i have to say my fronts are my all time favorite fish.

FRONTS!!!!

you would proberly have to get rid of it as you need live rock as it is a good natural filter, it does cost alot for salt and they are not very hard as my dad changed his tank to a salt water and its cost alot and the slightest mistakes can let you back alot of£££$$$ my dads heater went down 1 degree and he lost £100$200 worth of corals. gl which every you go for but i would go for the fronts i have never kept them but i would love to

id go with the salt if you are willing to put in a lil more work. I think in the end you will be happier with the more colorful exciting fish lol
