Does brackish water take longer to cyle a new tank. Does marine salt sold in the aquarium store work, even with the extra additives for invertabretes. And finally, what salanity is best for puffers, is saltier better than fresher?

I think brackish takes the same as salt and I know it takes longer to get a good bacterial growth than fresh water. Marine salt is good. Salinity for puffers depends on the species of puffer.
