Just curious... Does anyone here own one? It is my favorite fish in the world but sadley I will never own one! :( If anyone does have one it must be in a swimming pool! :D

I posted this in the wrong section before... I have read a few of the posts in this section and wow! there are some in captivity! How big are some of thease tanks!?!? God I wish I could have one!

In most respects, they are. About 95% of them brought into the US are brought in as black market animals. Not to mention local (state) regulations on them.
I keep mine in a 145,000 gallon. :D

I am only half kidding when I ask this... but has anyone ever used a large swimming pool for fish? Without chlorine obviously! lol. Sounds like a good idea if you had a huge custom filter

i got two pimas in a 300 gallon tank. they grow really fast... my 120,000 gallon viewing tank is almost done.. will post pics asap
