I am not very good at taking pictures.
This is maybe one of the best I have taken from when I had an Mbuna tank.

Quality of #1 is better, but the subject of #2 is better IMO. Both good captures.

If I didn't have that stupid glare in the corner of the first one it would look so much better. But hey I am not complaining since that comes out of a $200 nikkon.

Actually around here (KY) most people call them pumpkinseeds, but people in other areas call them long-eared sunfish.
Hehe he was just a feeder though!

it might not be a pumkinseed..
I recall that pumpkin seeds should have a bit of red on the operculum flap, and that fish has solid black..
Probably the long eared is a different but very similar species of sunfish to the true pumpkinseed.
