i am very curious as well. as of now his colors are faded slightly, but still visible. he has not eaten yet, but he is showing some interest in prepared foods already even though he was fed feeders at the lfs. we'll see what happens w/ him within the next few days.

as of now i have 2 florida gar and a Tropical gar in a 180 (6' x 2' x 2'). i also have a small longnose gar growing out to be placed in the 180. oh yeah...hopefully i am going to be picking up a shortnose this fall! :D

nice fish! I caught one awhile ago in the river that was probably 30" long. Too big to put in my tanks!
