looks like mirror carp but i need guppy to conformation that.
Great catfish, the Carp is just one of the carpio varients called a mirror carp, they have a line of over sized scales and sometimes a few scattered ones, if they have no scales they are called leather carp.
I get a kick out of Cryptozoology sites, they often contain pics of misidentified critters and often outright frauds like the Pacific Northwest Tree Octopus.
