Anyone know anything about leopard ctentopomas???

There is a large lump in my leopard ctentopoma's gill and he is breathing heavy. Any ideas of what this is and how to stop it would help. Thanks.

Sounds like internal parasite. Try treating with aquarium salt and/or methylene blue.
