two 60 gallon in to one a wet,dry filter systeam

looks really good... what size wetdry will you be using for them....
 
I would go larger and I personally prefer taller tanks for sumps they hold more water in event of power failure... maybe go for a rubbermaid tub... you can do a lot more with one of them over a 20 gallon....
 
I cant really see how your plumbing works but it looks like you are joining your drains and returns almost at water level height which is a bad idea. I would have the drains totally seperate into your sump or join them below the tanks into a larger diameter if you must join. Similarly I would seperate the returns since each tank needs its own dedicated tap anyway.
