getting a scarlett

I am getting a large scarlett pleco for my 125 im setting up for a 12 inch dovii.i heard these plecos are agressive so would it be able to hold its own.my dovii dosent bother the common plecos now anyway.please give me some advice on this species,thank you.:headbang2
 
They are Territorial not aggressive...I'd be careful about putting him with a dovii but that just me...that would be a big chunk of money down the drain if it didn't work out.
 
Cichlids and carnivorous plecos don't always work. But anyway, good water, hides (preferably woody-bogwood) and a meaty diet, preferably less of the crude forms of protein. Read the stickies to see if you have any more specific questions...
