So MFK... what do you feed your aro with?? And what do you think is the best?

I want to feed my aro tropical fish like barbs and swordtails because i know fish really pumps an aro like crazy but that would be impractical because they are too expensive for everyday food.

I keep a tank of feeder goldfish with normal filtration and heat etc.. feed them and care for them like normal fish so they're healthy, feed my aro that.. then occasionally superworms and beef heart. and juvinille convicts... (cuz mine breed like NUTZ) Then again.. my aro is only about 7 or 8 inches long

i have a little 6" silver and he is happy with earthworms, crickets, frozen bloodworms, market shrimp, pieces of chicken, small beetles, stick food (eats from my hand), occasionally rosy reds. i have tried superworms, but my aro wont eat them, hell nip at it several times and then quit.
