Why do your discus look deformed? Is that something you did to them on purpose?

Interesting I have never heard or seen the "high body" discus. The orange one which seems to be missing top half of body, was it born that way?

hi,bro hansoi 888
how did it become that way?
we select the high-body genetic crossing within each other to get only 10% from 100 babie fry.but still not perfect dream fish.we try crossing another generation with gaints size discus to get really big gaints high-body dream fish....hhh thanks for enjoy it.

:iagree: Though it could be that this fish was born this way, Gr8karmaSF has an oscar that exibits these traits.
For someone to purposely mutilate a fish to look this way, well that is just sick.

discus are so beautiful as perfect circles, why would you want to make them eliptical? It seems strange, but I guess it makes you stand out from other discus breeders.
