Today I was buying a fish to test my new set up at my local fish store. I havent been in this particular one for a few months. They has two piranhas for sale, both 100$ each. One was labled a "rainbow" piranha and the other was labled a "diamond" piranha. I am not the best at IDing P's, but it was quite clear that the "diamond" was a young red belly and the "rainbow" was an adult RB that lost its color. Any of you other fellow P lovers have experiences like this?
How dumb do they think people are?

Were your piranhas priced higher than your pacus? If they are, I could almost see why someone would try to pull that off.
At the store where I bought my piranha, it just said PIRANHA $5.99
The other local store, the one that actually carries piranhas, doesn't specify that they're redbellies either. Just about everything else in the store is labeled, except them. -_-*

I was tempted to bug him about it, but I was the only one in the store. He and his co-worker(guessing brother) had tatoos covering their arms and necks. So no I dident give them a piece of my mind.
you probly live in an illegal state, if not i am sure you find a store that will order them for you
