My supplier is calling them "turquoise". They are so small, so there is really no way for me to tell. I'll see if I can obtain some location specific data.

Ok just know there were some people looking for the blue like cookiemonster was a little while ago. Never heard of a turqouise unless for some reason it's a mix of blue/green variations to make turqouise.
