Does anybody know of any manufacturers of indoor ponds? I live in Massachusetts and wanted an indoor pond due to the cold winters. I'm not much a fan of koi, which would survive out there, and wanted to get something big enough for arowanas eventually.
You can make your own, buy several shapes and sizes of preformed and bed them, or look into stock troughs, there is a round 6' wide 350g and an 8' longx 30" wide 300g both available for around $200.

I think I'm going to go for the trough idea. I figure a pond filter would be my best bet and some rocks to line the wall (im all about everything having to look natural rather than manmade), I can get out of this for relatively cheap.

I can give you an idea for a modified house filtration system. Seems like all the pond filters I looked at around here required you to buy a pump also, so I just made my own filter and bought a pump. Came out about $50 cheaper than the cheapest pond filter I could find.
