whenever i search for a plant site on the net, it always gives me these sites selling plants, that dont have too much info.
anyone with some goods sites about aquarium plants?

Try http://www.tropica.com/default.asp or i think eheim has a small one on their website.
Lots of good info on,

Both these sites taught me alot.

Another good site is freshwateraquariumplants.com. The guy that runs the site is named Don. Very helpful guy for newbies. Beautiful plants.
Plantgeek.net gets a second from me. Great site. Info, not retailly.
