i like that fish place do to fact i can drive there in about two hours . ive never orderd from anyone tho

I have ordered with success from liveaquaria.com and petsolutions.com. I try and get what I'm looking for locally, but this isn't always possible. Also, the fish I've ordered online seem to arrive in better condition then what they have at the lfs.
Just be careful when acclimating fish bought online....and I would strongly recommend using a QT tank for all new fish.

About a month ago I bought a bunch of fancy guppies from live aquaria. Everything was good, I didn't have any compliants. Haven't bought from anyone else online yet though.

used live aquaria and both fish arrived in good health, really good customer service too.
had a bad experience with aquariumfish.net however. big mix up with the online order form, fish was shipped without a notification email (which they "guarantee" they send you before they ship your order). Packaging was damaged intransit and lost alot of water. luckily the UPS agent rushed the fish to the LFS, saving its life. I was out of town on delivery day because i wasnt aware that the fish had shipped.

actually it was a lady that saved the fish, she even went as far as to call me the following week to see how the fish was doing. Im grateful to her and im sure that the fish is as well.hehe

Dont know about online stores but we have sellers here that have stellar reputation for delivering the goods. Youre better off buying from them than from a online 'store'.

Im in a fairly remote area, and our local lfs has a very limited selection. The closest decent store is about 60 miles away. Ill buy online if i have to. but would much rather physically see the condition of the fish i am buying.
