For now I only have 2 walleyes and one LMB.....the two black crappies died a few days ago. Here's some pics but will be getting more fish this weekend since my fishes are doing better now.

Two walleyes, when their true colors are shown they look bueatiful.

Here's the three amigos, I feel bad for the bass cause his homie black crappie died, well he pick on him too much that's why the crappie died. Now he's always trying to lay beside the walleye trying to make friends but the walleyes ignore him, seriously.

Here's my weak 30 gallon breeder, I thought I was in the game until I saw some of the tanks you guys have, my just sucks.

fishes are only about 3.5" - 4" so far but will grow a lot since I can't stop feeding them. I tend to spoil them too much, just can't stand the thought of my babies being hungry.

Yeah, that bass is gonna grow fast. Start looking for a bigger tank so you can keep him.
Nice fish.

Yeah I love the walleye although most people may not like them because they're not active enough. Just the thought of keeping a prestigeous game fish is what turn me on about them. Can't wait to see them grow up and see how they attact feeders. As for my bass, well I'm giving him away but will be buying like 3 small mouth bass this weekend as well as 2 bullheads. The bullheads will provide some fish action since they tend to swim everywhere.

Not sure why my fish are so shy and scared of the lights. At the petshops they know when food is coming and get all exited. My fish runs when I come even near them, I'm trying to find a way to have them learn when food is coming.

Also I'm well aware of my fish outgrowing my tank, I do have a goal of getting a 125 gallon in the future, hopefully by summer. Problem is I live with my sister and convincing her to let me have a huge tank is another story.....

I rfecently got several (20) of some kind of sunfish from my lfs. They came in with the feeder goldfish. I'll have to get some pics out here to see if anyone can identify them.
In the spring I will put them in one of the ponds.

your pretty luck because I read something like that too and went to my LFS and did not find any diamond in the dust. :(

For gamefish there are a few that sells them, I had to call around like crazy.

Aquatropics in Crystal
Wet Pet in Eagan
St. Paul reptile in STP
Forest Lake pet in Forest lake

I just got the last 2 LMB and 1 bullhead in STP reptile and now they only have perches and sunnies left. Just went to Forest lake pet and now they only have 1 smallie left, no other gamefish. Bought the last 2 walleyes and 1 LMB from Wet Pet in Eagan, that was 2 months ago so don't know what else they have left.

Aquatropics by far has the most game fish, about 1 month ago they had a new shipment and had tons of walleyes, smallies, perch, LMB, white and black crappies, sunnies, and bullheads. Now they only have a few of each but still have a lot of bullheads and perch. That was a lot of fish at one time but I'm puzzled if people are actually buying them or are they just dying. I mean there was "A LOT" and I would be surprise that many people are interested in these fish to be buying them out like that. I think some of them are dying at Aquatropics because the 2 black crappies I got died within 2 weeks. Nest time I should wait a few weeks before buying them instead of the first day they come in huh..... :swear:

Anyways Aquatropics are too expensive if you ask me, a walleye cost $19.99 for one fish, and they look extremely skinny from not being fed. Here's a price list if I remember correctly:

Fish----------Aquatropics----------Wetpet----------TCreptile----------Forest lake

walleye----------$19.99------------$13.99-------------N/A----------------$12.99
LMB--------------$16.99------------$13.99------------$9.99---------------$9.99
Smallies---------$16.99------------$13.99-------------N/A----------------$9.99
Crappies--------$16.99------------$13.99-------------N/A-----------------$9.99
bullheads-------$7.99--------------$5.99--------------$5.99---------------???
Sunnies---------$16.99 ---------$10.99------------$7.99----------------???

Hope this helps but give them a call to see the real price. Also this type of fish is limited right now because of the season........
