The shell on that boy looks awesome. Been wanting a turtle for awhile now but I don't think I have anything large enough to house one well enough, or atleast I don't want to dedicate a larger tank to just a turtle.

i recently was at a reptile expo in PA and saw a bunch of these for sale, around $100-150. I decided to get a hypo colored(very light) Florida snapping turtle. it has a similar color to this alligator snapper but doesnt get quite so huge and are a little bit more active. but the shell on the alli snapper is much more interesting
