I,m loking for a plant for ground cover that does not require much light.I would like it to have a similar look to glossostigma.I also want to stay away from any "grasses".Any suggestions would be helpful.

how about microsword? java moss? java fern? wish I could remember what the stuff in our planted tank is called, but can't:( if you can get it to grow right, wisteria, we have some in our shrimp tank and it started growing as a ground cover instead of vertical.

Good suggestions, just be careful w/ the Java Moss as it'll literally take over in a blink of an eye.

Ypu could try Glossostigma or dwarf helzine ( hemianthus callitrichoides). I have never tried these plants but they are on my want to try list.

sorry about the high light level plant sugestion. How about Anubias nana. It is suposed to stay short. with several pieces of small driftwood you might get the apperance you are looking for

Thats why I was asking, thats how ya learn things by asking. I was just wondering if thier were any good low light ground cover plants. I was looking for something similar to those that you suggested as far as looks, something that stays low with a full looking leaf.Just might go with the glossostigma.
