Can someone tell me how far the Aquaclear 500s stick out the back and how far above the tank? I would like to know the same thing for the Emperor 400 if someone has it. It was kind of surprising that I cant seem to find this anywhere on the net.
I have a 140 with a wet/dry but want a little extra filtration. Need to see if I need to move the tank further away from the wall or not. Thanks for the help!

The '110' (500) sits about 2 1/2 in. above the rim of the tank & 4 1/2 in. off the back. I leave another inch between the unit & the wall. Can't help w/ the Emperor sorry.
