Black brush algae. You should not be using algae-killing products. This algae is a PITA to remove.

If you look closely at the picture you posted you can see the reason for your algae problems. The window...

Water changes no mater how frequant will do nothing but make the free algae problem worse.

Cut back on the light by keeping the curtians closed and/or the tank covered then don't feed the fish for at least a week....No water changes either.

This won't hurt your fish but it WILL kill off the algae.

I don't think that is a window, it looks like a computer.

2nd to last picture, on the left side. Definately a window/door.

The curtians BEHIND the computer are definatly a window as is the one on the other side.
It's not rocket science...LIGHT + available food = craploads of algae...

Free algae (suspended in the water) goes nuts when you combine these two elements with....>drum roll please<...clean fresh water. You can either change the equation or combat the problem by adding a strong UV sterilizer. (This wont effect the rooted algae AT ALL...just the free algae.)
