HELLO ALL, I AM NEW TO THIS SITE AND I AM JUST READING ALL OF THE POSTS. I AM LOOKING FOR PICTURES OF BEAUTIFUL HYBRIDS, FLOWERHORNS, SRT'S OR WHATEVER. PLEASE POST SOME, WOULD LOVE TO SEE THEM. THANKS ALL.

It is one of the headstanders, either Leporinus affinis or L. octofasciatus, both can reach 10-12" in a tank. They will eat flake and granulated foods but NEED veggie supplements, seaweed and algae wafers work but I suggest keeping a large (2g) flat style goldfish bowl to grow elodea and use that as feed. They love it. I have never kepy more than one at a time but they never bothered my other fish, they can be kept under standard tropical tank conditions. I had one go from 4" to 9" in just over 2 years.
