Being a lifetime avid fisherman, and a fair to middling filleter if I do say so myself, I enjoy the smell of filleting freshly caught fish.
I will sometimes leave a finger or two unwashed after cutting market fish up into small chunk for freezing and storage for later use as fish food. I will go around the rest of the day occasionally sniffing my finger(s) for that oh so appealing/ exciteing aroma!
Perch is right up there near the top of my list of best stinkers on the market!
