Pleco ID?

I got this guy from the LFS today. He wasn't labeled and they weren't quite sure what he was. I'm thinking a clown but I do not know my plecos very well...

I mean he is definitely stressed out he just made a trip from the store to a net then a bag lol. But thank you for the ID! How do I tell the difference for future reference?
