Yea, we got literally 2 weeks of winter. I HATE this weather. I'm fine with it for a couple weeks in July or August, but seriously a week into February and it's this hot!? I'm pissed!
Its like 19 degrees in my area i'll gladly trade ya.

I'm not sure of the specific details but they have something similar going on in Washington DC.
Yeah the article went on to say that too. Also note mentioned in the article was the fact that they are in the process of starting to pay adult inmates in the city jails to attend school. So the free education isnt enough. Smh
How else are they going to qualify for a burger flipping position at McDonalds where they can then demand fifteen bucks an hour once they get out?
