Sorry to hear Keep.........mine killed my last Geo two weeks ago. Just started stuffing tilapia with pellets. I tend to agree with the glass crashing.

Definitely get another!

I read somewhere that they change living requirements when they mature. I would be interested in hearing from hobbyists how long they have been able to keep them

I'm sorry for your loss. I believe their diet should be whole fish, even if you have to cut that fish in pieces so that it can eat. Also, it's better to keep them by themselves, without other species. They may look bad ass, but they get stress too easy, and go on hunger strike once they're stress.

Sorry for your loss! I was thinking of getting one but thinking other wise also!
Then there is that guy who has it with the wolf. Did you only give him fish meat? The lack of vegetation maybe a cause? Piscivorous fish also do get vegetation in there diet from the guts of other fish so maybe the lack of certain essentials?
