Buying and shipping of N/A Fish?

I live in Alaska, and have toyed with the thought of setting up a N/A cold water tank. Due to local laws I cannot keep fish species native to Alaska. So I was looking online specifically at sunfish and blueguill but specifically Pumpkin Seeds and was wondering if there is any one in the US that sells and ships these? As long as I keep them as ornamental fish I can have them in Alaska, how ever I havnt the foggiest clue where to even look.

Any info on this would be appreciated.

I have had good experiences with Sach's Systems Aquaculture, and I have heard good things about Zimmerman's Fish and Jonah's Aquarium, but none of them have pumpkinseeds at the moment. I am not sure they will ship to Alaska, though.
