Hey guys... I just picked up some Hujeta Gars just recently and wanted to hear from some of you guys who have kept them and managed to wean them onto dead food and how you did it. At the moment they don't bat an eyelid at anything except for feeder fish.

Please keep me updated I have had this happen to me a few times and each time I lost my Dat. I once tried the Praziquantal in a tablet form and crushed it up, when I released it into the tank my dat went straight to the surface and its breathing got worse and seemed like it sped up the process...

Hey guys need help identifying my problem. After I have fed my Datnoid the next day its belly swells up, which at first I thought he was just full but it seems to have swelled further since its meal. Another symptom I saw was its poo is white/greyish and sticky looking. After a couple of days...

Thanks guys for the comments, I've gotten rid of the Jar as its was bashing my flagtail and my CK was beating on him. :( Anyways my collection has cost me alot of money being from Oz and my Datnoid is my pride and joy.:D

Not much you can really do except maybe poke with a stick... There isn't any relentless attacks after that fight they are back to normal haven't fought since. I think there must have been a pecking order established.
